Team member responsible for sourdough bread, baguettes. Knowledge and experience with sourdough is a must. European baking experience is a plus.
All our breads are made from scratch and baked freshly every day.

Laminating croissants dough experience is a must.
We offer over 10-15 varieties of croissants and viennoiserie to our customers.
